Based on the Shipyard Model of youth ministry, Leadout Ministries produces tools and techniques that enhance ministry to young people.

About the Founder

Dr. Troy Fitzgerald, is a young adult pastor and teacher who earnestly seeks to engage young adults in the life and mission of the local church.

He has written several books pertaining to the work on discipleship for children, youth and young adults.
